HeartFire is more than a yoga class — it is a steady, supportive practice designed to help you feel grounded, present, and safe in your body. Rooted in yoga, meditation, and witch-informed ritual, HeartFire blends gentle movement, breath, and intentional pauses to support nervous-system awareness and everyday resilience. This is not about pushing through or breaking open; it is about tending what already sustains you.
Created from decades of lived experience as a yoga teacher and practicing witch, HeartFire weaves together yoga philosophy, meditation, ritual, and reflective self-study. This practice is for those who value care over intensity, presence over performance, and steadiness over spectacle. Healing here is not something you fall into or spiral through — it is something you are held in, returned to, and supported with patience and respect.
HeartFire invites you into a steady, supportive practice of presence — one that centers care, warmth, and attentiveness to your lived experience. Rather than asking you to break open or transform, this practice offers a place to settle, listen, and tend what is already here. Over seven weeks, we move gently with breath, body, and reflection, cultivating steadiness through mindful movement, intentional rest, and quiet ritual. This is not a journey toward becoming something new, but a practice of returning — again and again — to yourself with care.
HeartFire: A Practice of Care is a seven-week offering designed to support embodied presence, self-trust, and sustainable connection. Each week focuses on a core quality of care, providing structure without pressure and depth without intensity. The emphasis is not on progression or completion, but on learning how to stay with yourself compassionately, even when things feel tender or uncertain.
Each week includes gentle yoga, guided meditation, simple ritual, reflection prompts, and journaling invitations. Together, these elements support an embodied practice rooted in care rather than performance — offering tools you can use long after the program ends. HeartFire is not something you move through once; it is a way of practicing presence that stays with you.
HeartFire: A Practice of Care
HeartFire is not a path to follow
or a version of yourself to become.
It is a place you return to —
steady, warm, and alive.
Here, movement is gentle and intentional.
Breath is a place of grounding.
Ritual offers quiet support,
not demand.
This is where yoga and ritual meet
in ways that honor real bodies
and real lives.
Where practice becomes an act of care,
and presence is enough.
You don’t have to release everything.
You don’t have to awaken or transform.
You are invited to rest,
to listen,
and to tend what sustains you.
Come to the HeartFire.
Be held in the practice.
Return — again and again —
with care.
After the initial seven weeks, students are welcome to continue their practice through a year-long HeartFire offering that emphasizes consistency, care, and seasonal awareness. Rather than following a cycle or progression, this ongoing practice provides a steady place to return — grounding movement, reflection, and ritual within the flow of everyday life.
Together, we mark seasonal moments such as solstices, equinoxes, and sabbats through embodied practice, intention, and shared presence. The focus is not on living “cyclically,” but on staying connected — to the body, to the land, and to one another — with practices that support steadiness, meaning, and care throughout the year.
Whether you’re a seasoned witch, a curious seeker, or someone longing to feel more at home in your body, HeartFire: A Practice of Care welcomes you. You don’t need flexibility, experience, or a particular belief system to begin — only a willingness to meet yourself with kindness.
This is an invitation to practice gently, to move with intention, and to rest when needed. Here, yoga and ritual are offered as supports for everyday life — helping you build steadiness, self-trust, and connection at your own pace. You are welcome to gather at the HeartFire exactly as you are.
