Yoga with DiLynn is an online and in-person community dedicated to healing, growth, and transformation through the union of yoga, magick, and intentional living. Guided by Di — certified yoga instructor, practicing witch, and life coach — our approach blends movement, mindfulness, and spiritual practice into one sacred rhythm: the Sacred Spiral Flow.
We value inclusivity, accessibility, and authenticity. No matter your sexual or gender identity, religion, background, or physical ability, you are welcome here. Our space is trauma-informed, judgment-free, and designed to support every body and every soul.
Our mission is to uplift and empower traditionally underserved communities — including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and survivors of trauma — by providing access to holistic, heart-centered tools for healing and self-discovery.
Beyond yoga, we offer life coaching, guided meditation, divination readings, personalized spellwork, and members-only rituals — all rooted in compassion and empowerment. We don’t work in curses or hexes (flies, honey, and vinegar, and all that jazz); we work in light, balance, and growth.
At Yoga with DiLynn, we believe self-care is sacred and transformation is cyclical. Whether you’re breathing through a yoga flow, journaling through a shadow, or casting a spell of self-love, we’re here to walk the spiral with you — helping you find peace, purpose, and empowerment in every season of your life.
