DiLynn Stephens
About Di the Yoga Witch
Di, known across the web as Di the Yoga Witch, is the heart and founder of Yoga with DiLynn — a space where yoga, magick, and mindful coaching intertwine. She’s a Yoga Alliance–certified instructor, life coach, and practicing witch of 30 years, blending her love of movement, ritual, and spiritual exploration into her signature practice: the Sacred Spiral Flow — a living rhythm of body, breath, and spirit.
Di set her feet on her witch’s path at 18, first discovering Wicca before walking her own eclectic way. Over the years, she’s woven her Scottish, Irish, Prussian, and English roots together with the wisdom of the Greek and Roman pantheons, and later, the Native American traditions shared by her husband’s tribe. Her craft honors the cycles of nature, the spirits of her ancestors, and the interconnectedness of all beings.
In her 30s, Di stumbled into yoga — and found home. The moment she stepped onto the mat, she knew this was more than movement; it was magick in motion. That spark became a lifelong devotion to the study and teaching of yoga as a spiritual and healing practice. Through Sacred Spiral Flow, she guides others to align with life’s natural rhythms — releasing, renewing, and rising again with each breath.
A service-connected disabled U.S. Navy veteran, Di lives courageously with multiple chronic illnesses, both physical and mental. Her strength lies not in perfection but in perseverance, compassion, and authenticity. She is a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and a survivor of rape, incest, and domestic violence, using her platform and practice to advocate for healing, inclusivity, and empowerment for all.
Off the mat, Di is a storyteller and creator — writing short fiction, poetry, and spiritual reflections, crocheting blankets for women veterans, and devouring books on witchcraft, yoga, mythology, and magick. She’s also a lover of urban fantasy, paranormal romance, and mysteries, often curled up with a novel, a cup of white coffee, and one of her beloved furry children by her side.
Above all, Di is a wife, mother of three amazing young adults, and devoted fur mama to four animal companions — the heart of her daily practice and her greatest teachers in unconditional love.
Through Yoga with DiLynn, Di the Yoga Witch, and her vibrant Witchling community, Di’s mission is simple and sacred:

Erin Nyght
Erin Nyght
Erin is a shamanic healer and reiki master. She began her training for both these fields in 1997. She finished her shamanic initiations in 2015, and gained her reiki master status in 2017.
While trained as a Shaman & a Reiki Master, she is a crystal healer, tarot reader, moonlights as a spiritual life coach… really, she is skilled in listening to people.
She’s a proud Transgender Woman and equally as proud a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she and her lovely wife live the tiny home life in Central Coast California with their three cats and two dogs.
Erin is also a chronic illness warrior who also copes with chronic pain and mental illness. She's a fellow trauma thriver with a desire to help those in need.

Alysa Isenhower Hill is one of those rare souls who embodies both fire and grace — a military wife, proud mom of three amazing daughters, and a chronic illness warrior who moves through life with humor, courage, and just the right amount of witchy sparkle. Hailing from the heart of Texas and now braving the wild beauty of Alaska, Alysa balances family life, college studies in archaeology, and her work as a registered MELT instructor and Posh affiliate — all while navigating the ever-changing tides of deployment, parenting, and spoonie life. Her strength is quiet but unyielding, her laughter infectious, and her heart wide open.A gifted witch-in-training with an effortless talent for manifestation, Alysa works her magick with intention and grace. She’s just as comfortable reading tarot or a pendulum as she is unearthing stories buried in the earth — or conjuring comfort from a cup of tea on a cold Alaskan night. A fellow band and theater kid like Di, Alysa and her heart sister share a lifelong love of creativity, music, and storytelling. Their bond runs deeper than friendship — it’s the kind of soul connection that weaves across lifetimes, bound by laughter, resilience, and the shared understanding of what it means to serve, to heal, and to rise.

Katherine Miller
Di's right hand
Miss Katherine is our resident marketing goddess, creative alchemist, and right-hand witch behind the scenes at Yoga with DiLynn. With a newly earned digital marketing degree and a heart full of passion, she continues to weave her brilliance into every campaign, podcast, and post that helps our community grow.
She now balances full-time work with her newest adventures — launching her own podcast, blog, and soon-to-be business, “Where We Both Walk,” where she shares her love of Sasquatch, storytelling, and the great Pacific Northwest. Ever the seeker of wonder, Katherine reminds us that magick can be found anywhere — from the forest shadows to the glow of a laptop screen.
A proud graduate and an adopted member of Di’s family, Katherine’s creativity, dedication, and quick wit make her an irreplaceable part of our circle. What began as a senior project became something far deeper — a lifelong collaboration built on trust, laughter, and shared purpose.

The Man Behind the Curtain
Technomancer
The Man Behind the Curtain, is Di’s partner in this wild, beautiful, magical life — and the unseen architect of so much of what makes Yoga with DiLynn and Di the Yoga Witch shine.
A true technomancer, he is the wizard behind the screens — keeping Di looking good on camera, ensuring every livestream flows smoothly, editing videos, and creating the stunning graphics that bring her vision to life. His creativity, skill, and patience form the invisible web of support that allows the magic to unfold in front of the lens.
Beyond his technical brilliance, He is also a chronic illness warrior, navigating life with Long Covid with remarkable resilience and grace. His strength and quiet determination inspire Di daily, reminding her — and the entire Witchling community — of the transformative power of mindfulness, self-care, and compassion.
The foundation of their partnership is love, laughter, and shared purpose. Whether he’s fine-tuning a podcast episode, troubleshooting tech from behind the scenes, or making sure Di’s microphone is just right, he embodies the spirit of balance and devotion that defines their work and their lives together.

Derek Stephens
Our Heart and SOul
Derek Stephens is Di’s youngest child — and the heart, humor, and creative spark behind much of the Yoga with DiLynn magic. He’s our chief Discord God, camera guy, occasional podcast co-host, resident dog wrangler, and one of the brightest lights in Di’s life.
A talented actor and storyteller, Derek has been performing in his local community theater since his teen years, gracing the stage in multiple beloved productions. Offstage, his creativity takes new forms — from narrating stories as a gifted Game Master in tabletop RPGs to spontaneously breaking into song whenever life reminds him of a lyric (which, honestly, is often).
As a practicing pagan, Derek carries a strong energy of protection — a natural guardian spirit — though he’s best kept at a distance from divination tools, as his unique energy has a knack for canceling them out entirely! Like many in our circle, he also walks the path of a chronic illness warrior and lives with ASD, facing life’s challenges with grace, wit, and an unshakable sense of humor.
An avid reader, musician, and ever-curious seeker, Derek brings a sense of joy, depth, and authenticity to everything he touches. Whether he’s adjusting a camera, wrangling the dogs mid-show, or spinning tales around the gaming table, Derek's creativity and heart keep the energy flowing and the circle shining bright.

Mike Sanders
There's always one
Mike Sanders is Di’s eldest child and one of our resident Discord Gods — guardian of the Witchling community, keeper of order, and quiet force of connection behind the scenes. A true digital wizard, he ensures our spaces stay safe, welcoming, and filled with laughter and light.
At just 27, Mike has lived lifetimes of experience. He has traveled from the West Coast to the East and back again, walked the hard roads of homelessness, and faced life’s challenges with courage and wit. A chronic illness warrior navigating asthma, and a proud member of the AuDHD community (like his mother and brother), Mike embodies perseverance and empathy in equal measure.
When he isn’t tending the digital realms, Mike works full-time as the wizard of the local grocery checkout, turning everyday moments into tiny acts of magick and ministry. A devoted partner in a love that bridges distance, he’s a steadfast soul who proves that connection transcends space and circumstance.
Like his brother, Mike is a storyteller at heart — a Game Master and gamer who crafts worlds of imagination and wonder. His humor, heart, and strength light up every circle he joins, reminding us all that even through chaos, compassion and courage will always find a way.

No witch walks her path alone. Behind every spell cast, every class taught, and every moment of sacred stillness, there stands a circle — bound not just by blood, but by love, loyalty, and shared magick.
At the heart of Yoga with DiLynn and Di the Yoga Witch is a family woven together by fate, laughter, and stardust. Some are born of blood, others chosen by soul, but all are threads in the same shimmering tapestry.
The Man Behind the Curtain is Di’s partner in all things — her technomancer, co-creator, and steadfast anchor. Mike and Derek, her brilliant sons, are the twin flames of innovation and joy — one guarding the digital realms, the other bringing stories and laughter to life before the lens.
Around them spins a radiant constellation of family of the heart — Erin, the luminous Reiki Master and soul sister whose healing touch keeps the energy flowing; Alysa, the Texas-born Alaskan explorer and chronic illness warrior whose magick is rooted in courage and love; and Katherine, the marketing goddess and creative alchemist who turns vision into reality with wit and wonder.
Together, they form a sacred circle — human, spiritual, and divine. Each brings their own light, and together they keep the flame alive. They are the ones who make the magick tangible, the work possible, and the love eternal.
